ooooo. Groovy.
Never played the RPG, but have the base card game (not the star munchkin expansion, infortunately- yet). It's even more fun if you combine loosing life or HP or vitality or health or whatever it's called in that game with drinking shots (dang, there needs to be an evil grin here).

KIRK: The.. away team.. will.. consist of.. Myself.. Dr. McCoy.. Mr. Spock.. and.. Ensign Freddy
ENSIGN FREDDY: Oh &@$%
[Thia emulates the three five year olds she's been dealing with all morning: She points a finger a Robbert and says "He did it! Not me!", hangs her head, pouts, and goes to her room]

ps- Robbert:
Actually, thinking more about it, it does have a picture of Kirk in it. Does that count?

No. But it's in the General RP thread, not one of the Trek threads...Originally posted by Owen E Oulton
...And this is Star Trek related in some way?
This is the General RP section of the Star Trek Roleplaying Forum. There is no non-Trek/LotR General RP Forum outside of the General Chat section of the Open Discussion Forum.
The General RP, Systems & Mechanics Forum is for Star Trek RPGs other than Decipher, not for non-Star Trek RPGs. You've been here long enough to know that.
You're right. For some reason I thought it was the General Chat forum. Blame a long day. Apologies.
For one thing, Star Munchkin Parodies Star Trek.
For another, any RPG with FTL travel and Energy Weapons can be adepted to Star Trek.
I'll be doing both

Star Munchkin Trek... Hmmm.
Now that has possibilities.
I once ran a Twilight 2000 session for my players in a long-running and very serious campaign. We were all military stationed in Germany at the time, and my players all played idealized versions of themselves... and we drove out to see some of the setting locations.
Anyway, the session in question was a horror-derived mod, zombies attacking a shack, etc. After they were all frustrated and dead I had their PCs wake up from the shared nightmare.
Now, would it be better to suprise my players with a munchkin-derived Trek session, or to run a silly campaign/ session that they all know about beforehand?
Hmmm....
